Customs Clearance
Before you exit the custom area, you will come across two counters (Red and Green Channel system) manned by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officers.
If you do not have dutiable, controlled or prohibited goods, you may proceed to the Green Channel. However, ICA officers may conduct checks on visitors even at the Green Channel. If you are found with any undeclared dutiable, controlled or prohibited goods, you may be fined or prosecuted.
You are required by law to declare all dutiable, controlled or prohibited goods at the Red Channel. Making a false or incorrect declaration is an offence.

Student Pass Formalities
Before receiving a Student Pass, all students must undergo medical check up either in their home country or in Singapore. Educare Global Academy can arrange the medical check-up, on your behalf, to be done in Singapore. If the medical check-up was completed in their home country, the medical report has to be officially translated to English. The medical check-up is a Singapore Government requirement.
After completing the medical check-up, Educare Global Academy will arrange for you to visit the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to collect your Student Pass. Your Student Pass will be valid for the duration of your study.
